Premium Sustainable Furniture. Born in Berlin.

Kentholz and the Covid-19 Coronavirus

We are continuing to create. However, we will be working a little differently.

The Coronavirus is here and this is what we are doing to keep us all safe.

⁣During this unsettling and uncertain time, we want to update you on how our small furniture operation will function while we all attempt to battle the Covid-19 outbreak. ⁣

We are continuing to create our bespoke pieces. However, we will be working differently with a reduced on-site team of fewer than 3 people at any one time. We are always at least 3m apart from each other and we all feel fine. None of us has been to an impacted area within the last eight weeks.

The nature of our business also means that we have industrial-strength ventilation and we are used to scrubbing up as a matter of course

Disruption.

All this means that there might be slightly longer than usual delivery times for made-to-order designs. ⁣Deliveries due to go out this week (16-22.03) within Berlin, including outlet products, will proceed unaffected.⁣

Unfortunately, we are also suspending personal appointments until after Easter. Nonetheless, we are offering video appointments via Zoom or Skype to view tables, take a guided tour, and answer any questions. Please contact us for more details.

⁣Returns Policy.

Safety is paramount and so is trust, so don’t forget that our 15 day return policy still applies. Of course, we will do our best to collect any returns as quickly as possible. ⁣

The Covid-19 outbreak is creating havoc in every walk of life, and Kentholz is no exception. Your continued support in placing orders keeps us inspired and able to continue creating. We are so happy to see you support value, quality, and sustainable furniture.

Please. Wash your hands, get cosy, and stay safe.

Yours with warm regards and an elbow bump,
